Three
Main Objectives of Architectural Design
Every project that we undertake should achieve
three main designing objectives.
1. Maximizing the living space and its
surroundings:
Provide
a spacious environment for the residents for their
activities. Effective segregation of vehicular
from pedestrian zones and allow more land for
gardens/parks, amenities etc.
2. Achieving a synthesis of three-dimensional
design:
A
combination of natural ventilation, lighting and
landscaping at both the basement car park and
environmental deck level, integrated with main
building structures to create a complementary
and harmonious environment.
3. Integrating all aspects of external
architectural designs
Our
designs would reflect the local culture, climate
and attention to be given to the maximizing the
visual aesthetics of the buildings. |
