Project Architects
1. Recognised degree in Architecture with min.5 years of project experience in PRC
2. Proficient in design, administration and detailing of projects
3. Proven track record in high quality residential/office/retail developments
4. Ability to follow through projects from concept thru completion
5. Good understanding of PRC regulations on construction and building codes and practices

Architectural Designers
1. Recognised degree in Architecture with min. 5 years of project experience in PRC
2. Proficient in design, administration and detailing of projects
3. Proven track record in high quality residential/office/retail developments
4. Ability to follow through projects from concept thru completion
5. Good understanding of PRC regulations on construction and building codes and practices

Landscape Designers
1. Recognised degree in Landscape Architecture with min. 5-7 years of relevant experience
2. Demonstrated expertise in landscape master planning, landscape schematic design, landscape design detailing and construction supervision of landscape projects
3. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent hand-drawn graphics and rendering skills a plus
4. Proven track record in medium to large sized projects
5. Good understanding of PRC regulations on construction and building codes and practices
